Question Does Coterique Ship to Multiple Addresses?
AnswerIn order to ship to separate addresses, you must enter a separate order for each shipping address.
Question Can I change the Shipping Address on my order?
AnswerWe can only change the shipping address of an order before it’s been packaged. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to update your details.
Question Can I track my order?
AnswerAs soon as you place your order, you will receive an email to let you know that we are processing your order. We will prepare the order to be packed and shipped to you. Upon dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email with a link to track your order.

AnswerPrices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties. Upon Arrival of your order, you will be contacted by our courier service to let you know the exact amount of taxes and duties to be paid.

AnswerIn the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we will help you with a refund or an exchange.

AnswerAn exchange is very easy to make. Please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to arrange for an exchange in size.

Items that are non-eligible for Exchange are:

  4. All orders that are made in special sizes specific for the client that is not available on the website

Question What is your Return Policy?
AnswerCoterique offers complimentary return shipping provided you request the return via email to [email protected] within 48 hours after receiving the item. The items must also be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Items must also be returned in the original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags and other signature packaging materials. Any returned products that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Your refund will be due 10 working days after your return request has been processed. Coterique does not refund the cost of shipping or any international taxes and duties; we only refund the value of the purchased item.
