Shipping Questions

We ship globally with the exception of Syria, Libya, Iran, North Korea & Cuba. If you cannot find your country at checkout, kindly email us on info@coterique.com

In order to ship to separate addresses, you must enter a separate order for each shipping address.

We can only change the shipping address of an order before it’s been packaged. Please contact info@coterique.com as soon as possible to update your details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your shipping and tracking details.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties.

We use DHL for all our global shipments.

Payment Questions

We currently accept payments either in US dollars or Egyptian Pounds. Currencies are displayed by site preference so check the top of your screen to make sure you have selected the right currency.

Return/ Exchange

Coterique offers complimentary return shipping provided you request the return via email to info@coterique.com within 48 hours after receiving the item. The items must also be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Items must also be returned in the original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags and other signature packaging materials. Any returned products that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

We offer free returns on all orders provided they are sent back from the same country.

Coterique does not refund the cost of shipping or any international taxes and duties
